The Central Oregon Youth Investment Foundation (COYIF) is a small foundation group of volunteers that have a federal exempt 501 non-profit status filed with the IRS. The foundation is comprised of independent board members that are not employees of OYCP. They are an independent group of professionals that accounts for all donations by parents, grandparents, grants, agencies, and friends of the Program.
The primary purpose of the foundation is to support OYCP by making resources available to the students and program that will create opportunities for continued success during and after graduation.
The foundation accepts all donations of money, scholarships, grants, books, and items that will benefit the program.
Checks, money orders or donations may be sent to the Central Oregon Youth Investment Foundation in care of OYCP. A letter receipt is provided to all known donors for purposes of tax deductions within the lawful provisions of the Internal Revenue Service.
