OYCP Facility

From Bend, take Hwy 20 east to Burns. Drive on Hwy 20 east to mile marker 9. Shortly after mile marker 9, you will see Dodds Rd to the left and a sign that says COTEF. Take the left on Dodds Rd and go approximately 1/2 mile to our paved driveway on the right with the Oregon Youth Challenge Program sign out front. Turn right into the driveway and follow signs to visitor area, or follow the guidance of the cadet performing traffic control.
Oregon State law requires OYCP to be a tobacco free zone.
Use of tobacco products are NOT ALLOWED anywhere on the 160 acre property.
